How soon can I expect to receive my order? 
**Please know that any piece or print from the series "Mark" will take 7-14 days to ship. Regular shipping will resume on the 1st of December. 

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days and ship on Wednesdays. If you require rush shipping please email hello@allisongeckeler.com with the item name (and size, if applicable) with full shipping address. I will do my best to accommodate you. At this time I am not shipping internationally. 

What if my items arrive damaged? 
Please email photos of the items and packaging to hello@allisongeckeler.com and I will do my best to get everything resolved!

What is your return/exchange policy?  
All sales are final. More information can be found here.  

How can I be the first to know when new paintings are available?
The release of new paintings are announced through my newsletter and Instagram.

Can I commission a painting?

Can I custom order a print size?  
There is a $20 fee for custom sizing. Please email for a quote! 

Can you crop a rectangular image into a square and create a custom print for me? 
Original artwork will not be adjusted. However, feel free to cut down the print to your needs once you receive it! Similarly, all prints will be signed in the correct orientation of the original. 

Are the colors exactly as they appear on my screen?
I do my best to ensure that all images are displayed accurately; however, your screen resolution, model, and brightness may reflect subtle variations. Please email me if you would like to see additional pictures prior to purchasing.
